When planning my wedding I wasn't sure I wanted or needed a make-up artist but I thought I should consider it. I worked with Katie on my engagement photos and was so impressed with her responsiveness, thoughtful way she went about figuring out my style and what would look good, that. I knew I would be crazy not to have her help me out on the most important day of my life. And I was thrilled I did. On the day of the wedding she made me feel so calm. I knew I was in good hands because she had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. What's more, she stayed and helped out with all our family photos, taking care to make sure everyone, not just me, looked good. Some of my favorite memories are of her halting a shot to bobby pin down my mother- in-laws hair while we were at the beach. My family loved her just as much as I did.

We had a cast of 40+, with characters ranging from frumpy government workers to evil villains to super glamorous fembots to zombies! I was completely blown away by how talented and flexible she was.
